Kate Ming-Sun

I learned how to paddle a canoe and winter camp during my 35th year. (Ask me why I love to winter camp!) I haven’t looked back. My personal trips have taken me from Woodland Caribou Provincial Park to the Adirondacks.

I started guiding with Wild Women in 2015 and I love watching the transformation women undergo after a few days outdoors.

When I’m not canoeing or out on the trails – and sometimes even when I am – you can find me behind a camera or jotting thoughts down in my yellow Write-In-The-Rain notebook.
