RFP Purpose
We are seeking proposals from experienced and values-aligned local suppliers who can deliver multi-day, women-only adventure travel programs for the 2027 season and beyond. The ideal partner will provide end-to-end ground services including airport transfers, guiding, logistics, accommodations, meals, gear, and cultural experiences in alignment with WWE’s standards.
Scope of Services Requested
- Professional guiding (women guides required)
- Transportation and logistics
- Accommodations (local, sustainable, ideally women-owned)
- Meals (with dietary options)
- Equipment/gear as required for safe delivery of activities
- Permits and park fees, where applicable
- Authentic, featuring women-focused cultural experiences
- Safety and risk management protocols
- Ongoing communication with WWE program/client care teams
