I was amazed at the temples, the countryside, Chhimi’s thorough knowledge of the culture and history of such an ancient land. I was also so respectful of the people of Bhutan and how they incorporate the Buddhist precepts in their daily lives. The accommodations were beautiful from day one. Each place we stayed had a unique quality all its own. I was blessed to be able to share this journey with a great group of folks.
