Escape to a unique B&B & Glamping waterfront resort in a secluded woodland setting in Parry Sound, Ontario. Dive into a weekend of yoga, stand-up paddleboarding, mermaid tails, and meditation!

Each morning, enjoy a blissful session of sunrise yoga on the beachfront deck. You will spend your mornings out on the water, enjoying SUP-ing and swimming.

Your afternoons can be in the sun or if you like, in the shade of the trees, swinging in a hammock. Every afternoon, you will have the opportunity to take part in creative sessions such as nature-inspired art, jewelry making, and aromatherapy all natural facials. We will also craft our own personal mala beads. In the evening, you can use your malas to meditate with a guided session under the stars.

Enjoy gourmet meals in an outdoor dining pavilion nestled amongst the trees, sharing stories and laughing and dancing the night away, or swimming under the stars! This is the weekend retreat you’ve been dreaming about.

DAY ONE: MEET AND GREET

Arrive at the Harmony Outdoor Inn Thursday, after 4 pm. You’ll be greeted and shown to your tent or B&B room by one of the staff at Harmony.  In the evening, meet at the waterfront deck with your retreat leaders and fellow wild women over wine and cheese, tea and dessert.

 

DAY TWO TO THREE: SUP AND YOGA

Every day begins with a blissful morning yoga session, and then after breakfast, we will stand up paddle board! SUP is a fun, easy way to play on the water. Working with certified instructors, you will have the opportunity to learn the best paddling techniques to enjoy this sport. Our coaches have worked with women of all ages, sizes, and capabilities. It’s a paddling sport available to all, you just have to give it a try! After spending some time getting comfortable on your paddle board, you will have the opportunity to take it to the next level and try out the fun challenge of SUP yoga! On day two, your instructors will gently guide you through yoga poses on the paddle board – a wonderful way to improve your balance and strengthen core muscles.

Have you ever dreamt of being a mermaid? Over the weekend, you will also have the opportunity to ‘grow’ a colorful mermaid tail and swim like one too! The photo op is so much fun, everyone looks beautiful in a mermaid tail. In the afternoon, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in a creativity session and try an all-natural facial.

You’ll finish the day with a feast in the pavilion followed by an evening of whatever you would like. Perhaps a starlight guided meditation floating on the dock, a nighttime swim followed by a campfire with new friends or a late night dance party!

 

DAY FOUR: ADVENTURE DAY

Today, you’ll go on a SUP adventure!  Your leaders will take you on a short day trip to explore the beautiful shores of the area where you can try out the new techniques you’ve learned over the past couple of days.

We’ll head back to basecamp in time for an early afternoon lunch. Here, you can relax in the shade or on the beach for a couple of hours before saying farewell. You’ll head home feeling energized and refreshed.
