Tanzania Safari: Where the Wild Still Roams

On our new Tanzania Safari, wildlife pulses with life in every direction. Imagine lions sprawled in the shade of acacia trees, wildebeest thundering across the open plains, and elephants moving silently against endless horizons. You’ll journey through Tarangire National Park, the legendary Ngorongoro Crater, and the vast Serengeti—each landscape alive with its own rhythm, stories, and unforgettable encounters!

Of course, the classic Big Five are always on our radar: lion, leopard, elephant, Cape buffalo, and rhino. But Tanzania has its own “bonus fives”—from giraffes craning above the trees and dainty dik-diks darting through the brush, to flamingos painting the lakes pink and waterbucks grazing in the shallows. It’s the ultimate wildlife scavenger hunt. And for birders? The Serengeti alone boasts over 500 species of birds!

A Safari Adventure Through Tanzania

Women at the Heart of the Serengeti

You’ll step into the wonder of Dunia Camp—the only all-female-run safari camp in the Serengeti. Here, women lead every aspect of camp life. It’s more than a stay—it’s a story of empowerment woven into the wild.

Set in the heart of the Serengeti, Dunia offers an intimate luxury-tented experience where elephants might wander past your suite as casually as neighbours on a morning stroll! A little authentic safari adventure with indulgent comfort: elegant tented suites, panoramic lodges, and dome tents at our fly camp under a canopy of stars.

Each night, as the savannah stirs to life, Africa’s wilderness sings you to sleep—lion calls in the distance, acacias whispering in the breeze, and the wild all around you.

The safari was everything I had dreamed a safari would be. We saw so many animals that we lost count. We stayed in those great safari tents and a fabulous high-end lodge in the Serengeti. We saw the traditional Maasai way of life and walked across the grasslands with our Maasai guide and our ranger. Absolutely a trip of a lifetime!”
